GoogleThe visit was conducted to yield insight into possible areas of collaborative research with the three full-time statisticians and six summer interns. The statisticians, Diane Lambert, Daryl Pregibon, and Samantha Cook, outlined the types of projects with which they had been involved while at Google. The six interns described their summer assignments, which generally included collaboration with one of the senior statisticians.
