  • The Windows Explorer mode does not work:
- Go here and install the software from Microsoft. This may fix the problem.
  • I want to use Firefox but it doesn't work!!
- Try this
  1. Open Firefox and type about:config in the bar where you would normally type the URL.
  2. Press Enter and then click the button about being careful.
  3. In the filter bar type auth and press Enter
  4. Find the entry named: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris and press Enter
  5. No enter agshare.ag.iastate.edu as the string value and press OK
